Project Initiation
A useful first conversation is about the process the software has to support, not a feature list. We look at who uses the system, which platforms already exist, where data lives, and what “done” means for the first release.
Before production code
Scope and architecture cover four things:
- The workflow staff and customers actually follow, including the exceptions
- Systems that must stay, and the APIs or files that connect them
- Data that has to move, and what “clean” means for the new system
- The first release boundary, so later phases do not block go-live
That work is written down before production code. It is the same sequence described on the homepage under How we work.
What we need from you
Bring the people who know the process, access to the systems involved, and any constraints that are already fixed (hosting, compliance, an existing ERP, a brand the work must ship under). A polished brief is optional. A clear account of what is broken or missing is enough to start.
What happens next
The build is phased: application, integrations, and data, with checkpoints before go-live. After launch, enhancements continue as the process changes. Delivery stays under your name, whether you are an agency or the business that will run the software.
When you are ready, start a conversation.
